Navigating Horizontal Expansions: Advanced Spatial Logistics for Flat Offices
Large-scale flat office developments present distinct navigational challenges compared to traditional high-rise commercial towers due to their sprawling horizontal floor plates. For the Sinpas Finans Sehir project, Yöntime’s environmental design team developed a rigid visual hierarchy to eliminate navigation friction along extensive corridor lengths. At primary lobby entryways, monumental directories composed of anodized matte aluminum and tempered structural glass interface seamlessly with overhead suspended navigation paths. This configuration ensures that corporate personnel and visiting clients proceed effortlessly to individual office blocks, banking departments, and common utility grids.
Agile Tenant Management via Proprietary Modular Magnetic Track Systems
Commercial properties within international financial zones demand highly adaptable signage layouts to accommodate frequent corporate re-organizations and tenant turnover. To provide this essential flexibility, the interior directory boards feature Yöntime’s proprietary magnetic rail chassis. This structural configuration enables facility managers to update corporate titles, brand logos, or directory listings in seconds without causing any structural wear to the backing frame or the premium wall finishes. This reusable framework minimizes long-term operational costs while strictly mirroring sustainable building principles.
Heavy-Duty Structural Metallurgy and Illuminated Facade Engineering
The outdoor perimeter and parking entryways at Finans Sehir are anchored by Yöntime's monumental exterior pylons, engineered with internal hot-dip galvanized steel skeletons to perfectly neutralize regional wind loads. For the building envelopes, our premium channel letters were robotik-welded from 314-grade stainless steel and high-transmission cast acrylics to guarantee airtight, dustproof enclosures. Integrated with low-voltage, IP67-rated industrial LED circuits, these elements emit a perfectly uniform halo-effect illumination, projecting a commanding and prestigious corporate silhouette across the metropolitan skyline after dusk.
