Project Brief
A comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the project goals, target audience, timeline, budget, and all specific requirements shared by the client. At this stage, project objectives are solidified, the final project master schedule is established, and priority areas are identified. Our team poses targeted, guiding questions to ensure an absolute understanding of all deliverables.
Proposal & Contract Process
Based on the project brief and initial design frameworks, a comprehensive commercial proposal is prepared, covering all expenses related to the design development and fabrication of the signage and wayfinding package. Upon approval of the proposal, a formal contract is executed, officially establishing the partnership between parties.
Review of Documents & Deliverables
To ensure a precise technical workflow, a detailed information request list is shared with the client. This list encompasses architectural plans, sections, elevations, corporate identity guidelines, color codes, and site photography. Once all documents are fully provided by the client, our engineering and technical teams meticulously analyze the data and log the finalized files, maintaining proactive communication for any necessary clarifications.
Project Kick-off Meeting
A formal kick-off meeting is scheduled between the client and our management team to review the project timeline, milestones, and final hanovers. Once all stakeholders are aligned, a comprehensive project plan is drafted, which may include site-specific orientations and timeline planning. With this step, the official green light is given for signage manufacturing operations.
Signage and Wayfinding Design Development
This phase covers the engineering and detailing for production of an existing design package that already includes a general layout, BOQ, and message schedule. Manufacturing methods for the signage and wayfinding package are finalized. Detailed signage shop drawings are generated for every single product variant. Location plans are meticulously mapped utilizing a synchronized coding system.<br><br>The definitive output of this phase is the signage design booklet. Following comprehensive engineering assessments, this booklet serves as the final technical blueprint, illustrating the exact artwork, typography, symbols, patterns, and overall aesthetics of the signs.These finalized technical renderings, proportioned according to engineering specifications, are submitted to the client for official pre-production sign - off.
Signage & Wayfinding Systems Manufacturing
Upon receiving formal client approval on the technical booklet, the signage fabrication phase is launched. Yöntime makes every effort to strictly adhere to the project timeline, keeping the client consistently updated on progress and proactively reporting any potential site-readiness constraints or material supply chain delays.
