Project Brief
A comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the project goals, target audience, delivery schedule, budget parameters, and all specific architectural requirements shared by the client. During this alignment phase, project objectives are solidified, the final project master schedule is established, and priority zones are identified. Our specialist team poses targeted, guiding questions to ensure absolute clarity on all deliverables.
Proposal & Contract Process
Based on the validated project brief and technical design data, a comprehensive commercial proposal is prepared. This proposal outlines all expenditure related to the design development, fabrication, and installation of the signage and wayfinding package. Upon official approval of the proposal, a formal contract is executed, resourcing the partnership between parties under fixed deliverables.
Review of Documents & Deliverables
To guarantee a mathematically precise workflow, a detailed technical checklist is shared with the client. This list encompasses architectural plans, cross-sections, elevations, corporate brand guidelines, material color codes, and high-resolution site imagery. Once all documentation is provided by the client, our engineering and technical teams meticulously audit the data and log the finalized files, maintaining proactive communication for any necessary site clarifications.
Project Kick-off Meeting
A formal kick-off meeting is scheduled between the client and our executive management team to review the project timeline, milestones, and final handovers. Once all key stakeholders are aligned, a comprehensive execution plan is drafted—which integrates site-specific orientations and health and safety compliance training. With this step, the official green light is given for signage manufacturing and installation operations.
Signage and Wayfinding Design Development
This phase covers the engineering and detailing for production of an existing design package that already includes a general layout, BOQ, and message schedule. Manufacturing and installation methods for the signage and wayfinding package are finalized. Highly detailed signage shop drawings are generated for every single product variant. Location plans are meticulously mapped utilizing a synchronized coding system.<br>The definitive output of this phase is the signage design booklet. Following comprehensive engineering assessments, this booklet serves as the final technical blueprint, illustrating the exact artwork, typography, symbols, patterns, and overall aesthetics of the signs.These finalized technical renderings, proportioned according to precise engineering specifications, are submitted to the client for official pre-production sign - off.
Signage & Wayfinding Systems Manufacturing
Upon receiving formal client approval on the technical booklet, the signage fabrication phase is launched. Yöntime makes every effort to strictly adhere to the project timeline, keeping the client consistently updated on progress and proactively reporting any potential site-readiness constraints or material supply chain variables.
Signage & Wayfinding Systems Installation
Following the completion of the manufacturing phase, site deployment is organized at the designated location(s) specified by the client. Our professional installation crews ensure that the signage installation is completed to the highest international standards and in strict compliance with the client's engineering specifications.
Final Inspection & Handover
Once the installation is complete, Yöntime conducts a final walkthrough with the client to ensure the project outcome perfectly aligns with their architectural expectations. Any minor adjustments or final punch-list items are identified and rectified immediately at this stage to secure absolute project closeout and handover.
