For projects where installation will be carried out by a third party, Yöntime undertakes the signage manufacturing based on the provided technical drawings, details, and specifications, ensuring the timely delivery of all products.
Introduction
We pride ourselves on personal connection and welcome the opportunity to host face-to-face meetings and guided tours of our production facilities, or at the very least, schedule a virtual consultation. Our initial consultation allows us to thoroughly understand and discuss your project requirements. We aim to gain a deep clarity on your goals, budget, and timeline to ensure we are the perfect match for your needs. This phase serves as an ideal opportunity to align with our clients' vision, motivations, preferences, and conceptual ideas.
Proposal & Contract Process
Based on the project brief and finalized designs, a comprehensive commercial proposal is prepared, covering all expenses related to the fabrication and manufacturing of the signage and wayfinding package. Upon approval of the proposal, a formal contract is executed, officially establishing the partnership between parties.
Project Kick-off Meeting
A formal kick-off meeting is scheduled between the client and our management team to review the project timeline, milestones, and final deliverables. Once all stakeholders are aligned, a comprehensive project plan is drafted, which may include site-specific requirements and production timelines. With this step, the official green light is given for signage manufacturing operations.
Signage & Wayfinding Systems Manufacturing
Upon receiving formal client approval on the designs, the signage fabrication phase is launched. Yöntime meticulously manages the process to adhere strictly to the designated timeline, keeping the client consistently updated on manufacturing stages and providing transparent communication regarding any potential material supply chain variables or schedule updates.
