Advanced Metallurgy Engineering and Precision Waterproof Fabrication
Deploying Corten steel directly into continuous water submersion demands deep metallurgical expertise to avoid rapid material degradation. Because the installation faces Doha's extreme summer ambient heat, high coastal humidity, and treated pool chemicals, our production base executed a specialized, controlled pre-weathering process. This advanced conditioning accelerated the iron-oxide patina to its optimal density before freezing the surface with protective stabilizers to prevent rust bleeding into the clean pool water. Utilizing specialized continuous-arc seam welding and internal structural reinforcements, our production line engineered massive, airtight monumental frames that completely isolate internal voids from water intrusion.
International Heavy Logistics and High-Precision Cross-Border Field Installation
Following the strict quality control clearance phase at our integrated production facilities, the heavy corten monuments were securely secured using heavy-duty export crates and shipped via maritime freight directly to Doha, navigating all international customs frameworks smoothly.
