Children's Rights Island Thematic Entrance Arch Design, Industrial Fabrication & High-Security Structural Installation
We have successfully engineered, manufactured, and deployed the iconic thematic entrance arch (tag) for the Children's Rights Island project. Prioritizing strict child safety protocols, high-durability curved metallurgy, and vibrant, non-toxic UV-stabilized coating technologies, Yöntime delivered a magical and structurally infallible gateway landmark that welcomes children into their dedicated sanctuary.

Child-Centric Ergonomics and Imagination-Driven Thematic Design
Thematic public parks designed for children must evoke wonder right from the entrance zone. For the Children's Rights Island framework, our design studio departed from rigid industrial layouts to conceptualize a dynamic, organic, and highly dimensional (3D) entrance archway. The design guarantees high visibility as a local landmark while implementing rounded radius profiles across all exposed surfaces, eliminating any sharp edges or pinch points to safeguard children as they interact with the structural environment.
Strict Safety Certifications and Advanced Metallurgical Engineering
Public structures deployed in proximity to children require adherence to rigid safety codes such as EN 1176 standards. The internal skeleton of the entrance arch was engineered from heavy-gauge structural steel frames, meticulously calculated to counter climbing stresses, external impacts, and local wind loads, followed by an industrial hot-dip galvanization coat. The exterior envelope features premium non-toxic, VOC-free architectural powder coatings that resist color degradation under intense solar rays. 3D thematic shapes and custom typography were cut at automated CNC routing stations, securing seamless and child-safe perimeter joins.
Concealed Ingress-Protected Optoelectronics and Rock-Solid Field Anchoring
To maintain an enchanting silhouette after sunset, the archway integrates energy-efficient, low-voltage IP67 industrial LED modules, entirely routed through isolated internal conduits inaccessible to the public. The light diffusion is balanced via anti-glare matte lenses calibrated to be gentle on children’s vision. The field deployment phase focused heavily on absolute structural stability; our installation crews cast deep reinforced concrete foundation blocks embedded with heavy-duty high-tensile anchor cages. The entire superstructure was bolted down and all mechanical fixing joints were sealed behind smooth, integrated cladding panels to eliminate trip hazards or accidental impact points.
