For the Bayramoglu Flour Factory deployment, Yöntime’s wayfinding specialists structured the facility's navigation into dual operational layers: Macro and Micro. The macro layer features a monumental "Illuminated Cassette Totem" positioned at the main logistics terminal entrance, engineered for high legibility from distant highway corridors. The micro layer involves a highly intuitive network of "Modular Indoor Signage" that governs transit between raw material drop-offs, computerized processing lines, quality-control laboratories, OHS hazard zones, and administrative headquarters.
High-Spec Outdoor Metallurgical Engineering and Food-Grade Indoor Material Science
The fabrication phase required a strict multi-disciplinary approach to reconcile harsh open-air environmental friction with the rigorous hygienic protocols of the food manufacturing industry. The outdoor cassette totem was manufactured utilizing a heavy galvanized structural steel core, anti-corrosive marine-alloy aluminum claddings, and multi-layered, UV-resistant architectural powder coatings, embedded with dustproof and waterproof IP67/IP68 industrial LED arrays. Conversely, internal directional elements were engineered utilizing anti-static, dust-repellent, non-porous, and anti-bacterial high-performance modular materials. This ensures full compliance with international food safety standards while maintaining flawless typographic clarity.
