Ayvalik Olive Oil Industrial Museum Monumental Illuminated Totem Design, Production & Installation Project
We proudly executed the comprehensive industrial design, structural engineering, advanced manufacturing, and precise field installation of the "Monumental Illuminated Entry Totem/Pylon Signage System" for the Ayvalik Olive Oil Industrial Museum. Cultivating a perfect aesthetic dialogue with cultural heritage and industrial architecture, our team delivered a high-durability structural asset precisely engineered to master coastal wind velocities and saline atmospheric corrosion.

Industrial Heritage and Architectural Aesthetics: Pylon Design for Cultural Destinations
In high-end architectural interventions such as museums and industrial heritage sites, outdoor directional pylons act as authoritative design statements that preview the venue's historical ethos. For the Ayvalik Olive Oil Industrial Museum project, Yöntime’s environmental graphic division fused the raw texture of industrial history with the geometric refinement of contemporary design. The monolithic structure was meticulously calibrated to establish visual weightlessness during peak daylight, integrating flawlessly into the museum's landscaping. At night, it transitions into an evenly diffused, shadow-free, and glare-free backlit landmark that respects the site's nightscape illumination values.
Advanced Metallurgical Resilience Engineered for Corrosive Coastal Microclimates
Positioned in close proximity to the Aegean shoreline, exterior visual infrastructure encounters highly demanding microclimatic friction, including high relative humidity, airborne salinity (ionic moisture), fierce coastal winds, and high-index UV radiation. Fabricated within our automated production complex under zero-tolerance metrics, the museum totem features a heavy galvanized structural steel core, high-grade anti-corrosive marine-alloy claddings, and anti-yellowing high-impact acrylic interfaces. External enclosures received multi-layered, oven-baked architectural powder coatings proven to prevent saltwater chalking and chemical weathering. Internal cavities were embedded with premium, tropicalized, IP67/IP68-rated moisture-proof and dustproof industrial LED arrays for permanent lux preservation.
Deep Foundation Structural Engineering and Non-Invasive Field Installation Deployment
The ultimate structural permanence of the monumental pylon relied heavily on our engineering division's ability to counter severe overturning wind moments common to open coastal sites. Our structural engineers analyzed local soil-bearing parameters to design and cast a custom, deep reinforced concrete foundation integrated with heavy-duty steel anchor bolt templates. To protect the registered historical environment and the museum’s sensitive landscape, our certified installation crews executed a non-invasive, safety-first deployment using specialized mobile cranes. Completed with milimetric precision and zero ecological friction, Yöntime has successfully delivered another high-prestige cultural asset to its extensive B2B infrastructure portfolio.
