For macro-scale distribution nodes and industrial logistics centers positioned along major highway corridors, exterior signage functions as an authoritative statement of market leadership and industrial scale. During the visual planning phase, Yöntime’s environmental graphic division audited the facility's immense architectural mass to deploy a dual-layer branding strategy: Macro-scale illuminated facade typography engineered for maximum legibility from long-distance highway vectors, and a monumental entryway pylon optimized to seamlessly govern heavy-truck and pedestrian transit. The structures establish perfect typographic balance, maintaining a crisp corporate silhouette under direct daylight and transitioning at night into a glare-free illuminated landmark.

Subjected to harsh open-terrain wind forces, intense ultraviolet radiation, shifting seasonal thermal expansions, and corrosive industrial particulate emissions characteristic of heavy industrial manufacturing zones, exterior visual infrastructure requires strict metallurgical resilience. Fabricated within our automated production complex under zero-tolerance metrics, the Assan corporate assets utilize heavy-duty inner galvanized structural steel frames, high-grade anti-corrosive marine-alloy claddings, and UV-stabilized interfaces. External surfaces received specialized multi-layered, hydrophobic architectural powder coatings proven to prevent color fading and chemical weathering. Simultaneously, internal cavities were fitted with premium, IP67/IP68-rated moisture-proof, dustproof industrial LED arrays engineered for consistent long-term lux delivery.
High-Altitude Facade Engineering and Deep-Foundation Structural Field Installation
The successful execution of the Assan Orhanli infrastructure deployment highlighted Yöntime’s technical mastery over complex structural and civil engineering challenges. For the monumental entry pylon, our structural engineers analyzed soil bearing capacities to design and pour a custom, deep reinforced concrete foundation with matching steel anchor templates to counter high overturning wind moments. For the facade deployment, specialized non-invasive concealed sub-frames were engineered to distribute heavy load weights without fatiguing or fracturing the building's exterior insulated sandwich panel skin.
