Tersane Istanbul Mall stands as a magnificent brownfield revitalization project, combining centuries-old Ottoman naval shipyard brickwork, structural steel arches, and expansive industrial shipyards with high-end luxury retail. Our specialized "Design Development" stage focused on transforming raw aesthetic visions into fully buildable, heavy-duty signage blueprints. Our engineering and industrial design departments evaluated coastal wind currents, salt-spray humidity factors, the weight bearing limits of historic masonry, and the high-contrast legibility requirements of premium fashion avenues. The resulting layouts utilize sophisticated textures that honor the maritime heritage while optimizing smooth, elite customer wayfinding traffic.
Sustainable, High-Performance Manufacturing Tailored for Coastal Environments
Operating under strict zero-tolerance quality benchmarks mandated for landmark commercial developments, all internal and external directional assets were manufactured within our vertically integrated production infrastructure. Due to the high salinity and moisture levels along the Golden Horn coastline, we selected marine-grade stainless steel alloys, chemically oxidized brass/bronze surfaces, and heavy-duty protective coat finishes. From freestanding outdoor totem arrays and architectural tenant pylons to hanging illuminated directories, each asset was equipped with custom energy-efficient, IP67-rated industrial LED optics, ensuring flawless night-time luminosity and absolute operational sustainability.
Specialized Structural Anchorage and Heritage-Compliant Field Installation
The final phase of this extensive project required the flawless, low-impact deployment of thousands of custom-fabricated wayfinding elements by our certified technical field crews. Because many of the mounting substrates consisted of protected historical stone facades and original structural cast iron pillars, we engineered specialized, non-destructive chemical anchoring solutions and custom cantilevered sub-frames. Executed under rigid industrial safety codes, the installation preserved the site's structural insulation and heritage integrity with absolute precision.
